Ken is a seasoned and versatile IT sales professional with more than 25 years in areas of retail software sales, business development, strategic alliances, and client management roles. He is responsible for Sales focusing on expanding CRA’s software solutions, retail and restaurant consulting services, and ensuring long-term partnerships. Prior to joining CRA, Ken was a Sr. Sales Director at Theatro as well as ERP providers 4R Systems, Mi9 Retail, Aptos/Epicor, and JDA/Blue Yonder. In these roles, he created value around all aspects of the retail and restaurant enterprise and store software solutions while building a solid reputation through his customer-focused approach.

Mike Powell

With over 20 years of leadership experience in large retail organizations across the US and UK, Mike has held pivotal roles in supply chain and information technology. Additionally, he has 15 years of consulting expertise in the retail, consumer packaged goods, and distribution industries, successfully completing over 60 projects. Mike specializes in supply chain optimization, distribution center process improvement, systems selection and implementation, logistics outsourcing, transportation management, distribution network design, and multichannel distribution.

Paul brings over 40 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries, having served as Chief Information Officer for Tijuana Flats Restaurants and Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo’s Restaurants. His IT leadership extends to Rainforest Cafe, Ryan’s Family Steak Houses, and other notable brands, with consulting roles including Vice President at Boston Retail Partners (BRP). As a strategic and tactical senior IT executive, Paul excels in IT and Digital Strategy, Business Intelligence, ERP Systems, Data Privacy, POS Networks, Payment Technologies, and Operations Management.
