He has experience working with both retailers and solution providers to design and implement next-generation store solutions.

Mark has led the development and implementation of unified commerce solutions, such as self-checkout, mobile solutions, and in-store fulfillment, across 38 countries. He has also overseen key strategic initiatives, including loyalty program rollouts, store system upgrades, and ecommerce platform implementations.
