Open only to legal U.S. and Canada residents (excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and Quebec) who are:
- Age 18 or older at time of entry; and
- Enter in their individual capacity as an employee or authorized representative of a business generating an annual revenue exceeding USD $100 million (or CAD equivalent). The prize will be awarded to the entrant's employer (the "Eligible Business"), provided the Eligible Business meets all eligibility criteria and authorizes acceptance of the prize. Limit one prize per Eligible Business.
Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Starts January 11, 2026, and ends January 13, 2026, at the National Retail Federation Expo, Sheraton Times Square, New York, NY.
Visit the Cambridge Retail Advisors booth during the promotion period and complete the entry form. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per individual. By entering, Canadian residents consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor as required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Consent may be withdrawn at any time. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor will process your information to administer the contests and, if you opt in, for marketing communications, as described in the Privacy Policy located at https://www.tecsys.com/privacy-security.
One (1) winner will receive a credit of USD $100,000 (or approx CAD equivalent) applicable solely against subscription fees for Sponsor's OMS offering under a separate subscription. Approximate retail value: $100,000. Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative, and subject to subscription terms. Implementation, professional services, third-party fees, taxes, and other exclusions apply. Subscription must be contracted within 6 months of receiving notification of award. Failure to execute such agreement within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, terminate the promotion.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries on January 23, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
Winner will be notified by email and phone before January 31, 2026 and must respond within seven days. Potential winner's Eligible Business must provide documentation verifying eligibility and written authorization to accept the prize. If the Eligible Business declines authorization or fails verification, the individual entrant's claim is void and an alternative potential winner will be selected.
The Eligible Business is responsible for all taxes associated with redemption of the prize credit. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-Misc to U.S. winners and applicable tax forms to Canadian winners for the value of the credit redeemed in the applicable tax year. No tax reporting will occur if the prize credit is not redeemed.
Sponsor may publicly announce the winning Eligible Business after the Eligible Business authorizes acceptance of the prize. Any publicity identifying an individual entrant will require both the individual's consent and the Eligible Business' authorization.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. All decisions are final.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws. By entering, you agree that any dispute arising from this promotion will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to bring claims in court or participate in a class action. Arbitration will take place in Ohio, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
